I usually drink coconut milk or almond milk. I don’t like soy because it is genetically modified. You can also eat calcium rich foods! Like: cheese, beans, salmon, orange, BROCOLLI, KALE, spinach, and collard greens to name a few! (: Hope this helps and good luck!

Oh gosh! I just recently met a Brooke! So she was in my lifespan development class. Always sat in front of me, talks a lot and super motivated. She could pretty much get any job she wants. She’s really social and professional. I ended up getting hired for the same position as her but she’s done it longer. So she’s like a mentor to me, I guess. She seems really nice so we’ll see this upcoming semester!!!
